Shipping Information

We ship Bolivian food and products from South Florida to all 50 states. Orders are packed by hand — usually by us — and go out within 1–2 business days.

Below is exactly what to expect: what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Processing & Handling Time

Food & products: packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Merch: printed to order, 2–5 business days to produce, then shipping. Merch ships separately from food, with its own tracking number — if you order both, they won't arrive together.

If an item runs low before we pack, we email you the same day with options: wait, swap, or refund that item. We won't sit on your order without telling you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship to all 50 states. You choose your carrier and speed at checkout — we show live UPS and USPS rates based on your address and order weight. No markup, no handling fee.

USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority: 2–3 business days
UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

Estimates start the day your order ships, not the day you order. We don't currently offer free shipping — we'd rather charge the real carrier rate than pad every product price.

Imported Product Availability

Everything on the site is in stock and ready to ship. If something is sold out, it's marked sold out — we don't take orders for items we don't have.

Because our products come from Bolivia in batches, favorites do run out. Click Notify me on any sold-out item and we'll email you the day it's back.

Shipping FAQ

Because more than one package is going out. Food, merch, and frozen items ship on different timelines and each is charged its real carrier rate.

Yes — they'll just arrive separately, since merch is printed to order.

Not through this store; this site ships within the U.S. only. For packages and maletas to Bolivia, that's our sister service, Ship Bolivia.

Carrier scans lag, especially over weekends. No movement for 3 business days? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase it.

Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it. Glass jars travel a long way — if something breaks, that's on us.

Frozen Salteñas

Salteñas ship frozen and travel differently from everything else.

Packed frozen in insulated packaging and sent UPS, shipping Mondays only so nothing sits over a weekend. Frozen items ship separately, with their own tracking and their own shipping charge.

They may arrive firm-frozen or partially thawed but still cold — both are expected and safe. Move them to your freezer on arrival and bake from frozen.

If salteñas arrive warm, photograph the package within 24 hours and message us on WhatsApp. We'll replace or refund it. Cold chain is our responsibility.
